The purpose of a Natural Gas
Foreman at Team Fishel is to communicate with customers and Teammates, set direction for
the work and remove roadblocks so the Teammates will be successful, the
customer will be delighted, and the project profitable. - Gas Fuser (Gas)
The purpose of a Gas
Pipe Fusers at Team Fishel is to install
steel gas pipe of all sizes by welding, and/or install Poly pipe by heat fusion
of predominantly Poly & HDPE plastic pipe, and to perform these skills at
the highest level of safety and quality standards. - Laborer (Gas)
The purpose of a Natural
Gas Laborers at Team Fishel is
to handle projects of various complexities and perform site work, which can
include working with hand and power tools, for underground utilities on natural gas
projects.
Surveying & Engineering (PSG)- CAD Drafter (PSG)
The purpose of a CAD Drafter at Team Fishel is to utilize both standard and specialized CAD programming technologies to create underground construction drawings for utility installations, while operating under general supervision. - Data/Field Technician (PSG)
The purpose of a Data & Field Technician at Team Fishel is often interchangeable. The Field Technician assists the engineering group on projects through visual identification, physically measuring and inspecting electrical attachments, equipment, and non-electric lines attached to utility poles. The job requires mostly outdoor activity and the ability to walk from pole to pole carrying all required equipment which may include a computer, laser rangefinder, digital camera, and range pole. The Data Technician's purpose, in an office setting, is to take all data from the field and input it into engineering computer systems, then process the information as needed. - Engineering Technician (PSG)
The purpose of an Engineering Technician at Team Fishel is to assist the Professional Services Group with projects by performing multiple tasks, including: visual identification, measuring, inspecting CATV, telephone, power company lines, and equipment attached to utility poles. Technicians will use equipment including laptop or tablet PC, laser rangefinder, GPS, digital camera and measuring pole. Position also includes engineering work in an office setting and some travel to job sites. - Outside Plant Engineer (PSG)
The purpose of an Outside Plant Engineer (OSPE) at Team Fishel is to support the design and engineering process by
planning and preparing drawings for construction of new, and removal or
rearrangement of existing fiber optic cables, and conduits to obtain optimum
and economical utilization of communications facilities. The role
commands a broad knowledge of aerial, buried, underground and building entrance
design. - Survey Crew Leader (PSG)
The purpose of a Survey Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to assist the engineering group on projects by performing all related work to conducting surveys, including: performing complex survey duties; survey crew supervision when required, researching of historical documentation, surveying and measuring of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, and titles.

The purpose of a Structured Cable Specialist for the Technologies Division at Team Fishel is to provide integrated technology solutions including Structured Cabling Systems, Data Center build-outs, Wireless Networks and Building Security & Automation to our customers with a premium focus on quality and safety. The purpose of the Structured Cable Specialist - Outside Plant roles for the Technologies Division at Team Fishel is to handle projects of various complexity and perform cable & splicing site work while providing our Customers with Service Excellence and a constant focus on working safely. The purpose of a CDL-A Driver at Team Fishel is to safely load and transport construction equipment and materials to project job sites with the highest regard for safety and an accident free work environment. Valid CDL Class A License and limited travel required. - Equipment Operator (General Employment Applications)
The purpose of an Equipment Operator at Team Fishel is to utilize their expertise in the operation of various kinds of utility construction equipment to assist the Foreman in completing projects safely, on-time, and within the customer’s specifications for quality.
