purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site, maintain a safe
working environment for our Teammates, customers, the public and be accountable
for quality, productivity and costs.

Responsibilities:
- Review
plans and permits
- Establish
daily crew goals
- Communicate
with customer
- Assign
job duties
- Monitor
progress
- Evaluate
Teammates’ performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Trenching and
Excavation
- Certification
in First Aid/CPR is desired
- Basic Aerial
Placement is desired
- Valid Class A
Commercial Drivers License construction
- Ability to
communicate with Teammates and customers
- Backhoe,
Trencher Operator is desired
- Bi-lingual,
English/Spanish is desired
Bilingual
and prior construction experience is a plus
Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all
areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and
maintenance.
