Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring Office Support for our Phoenix, AZ office.

Responsibilities
Compile billing invoices
Reconcile work orders
Accounts Payable
Create invoices in internal and customer systems
Communicate with customers and supervisors
Track and maintain billing spreadsheets and estimates
Issue purchase orders
Record and receive purchase orders
Production and other office support duties as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Utility construction experience a plus
Must be detail-oriented and exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Demonstrate superior communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Must be extremely versatile and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus
