Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire a Foreman for our Henderson, NV location. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site, maintain a safe working environment for our Teammates, customers, the public and be accountable for quality, productivity and costs.
Responsibilities
Review plans and permits
Establish daily crew goals
Communicate with customer
Assign job duties
Monitor progress
Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications
Trenching and Excavation experience
Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
3+ years telecom construction experience
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License
Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
Bilingual, English/Spanish is desired
Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.
