Employer in the utility construction and network installation business, is
hiring a Human
Resources Manager for our Central U.S. operation. This position,
based in Roanoke, TX, will provide overall human
resources support to our area
offices throughout the region with a focus on recruiting, training, and
development of world-
class talent.
The
ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources or a related field,
and/or equivalent work experience. 3
years of
recruitment and/or training experience preferred. The candidate must possess excellent
leadership, communication,
organization, computer and planning skills. Extensive travel is required. Construction
background a plus. Bi-lingual in
Spanish is desirable.
