Description
Training & Recruitment Coordinator
Team Fishel. a national utility construction company is
looking to hire a Training & Recruitment Coordinator for its SE regional
operation. This position will provide overall human resources support to the
area offices throughout the SE and Central US with a focus on recruiting,
training, and development of world-class talent. The position will be based in Roanoke, TX, with extensive travel required throughout the SE and Central states. The candidate must possess excellent
leadership, communication, organization, computer and planning skills and
experienced in construction. The ideal candidate will have a BA or advanced
degree in HR. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a
plus.
