Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring an Office Manager for our new operation in Charlotte, NC. The role of Office Manager at Team Fishel is to supervise all office support staff with estimating, accounting, and administrative functions; work directly with the Area Manager to provide support and assist in the running of a profitable, safe area office; and facilitate excellent communication with customers and Teammates.


Requirements and responsibilities

  • Occasional Travel

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Advanced degree in Accounting or Business Management highly desired

  • 5 years in progressive office work experience

  • 3-5 years related experience in management or construction industry

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers

  • Notary Public

  • Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
