Civil Wet Utilities Foreman

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire a Civil Wet Utilities Foreman with water, sewer & storm drain experience for their Phoenix, AZ location. The purpose of a Civil Wet Utilities Foreman is to support the civil wet utilities division to ensure high quality and timely completion of projects. Must have knowledge in public works and ADOT experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, delivery and placement of underground utilities

• Manage crew to ensure maximum efficiency and safety

• Conduct pre and post operating equipment checks

• Conduct daily per-construction meetings

• Proactively identify potential challenges and difficulties

• Ensure quality workmanship on every job

• Perform work in a professional manner

Requirements & Qualifications:

•  Minimum of  5  years experience as Foreman in Civil Wet Utilities

• Thorough understanding and experience in storm, water, and sewer.

• Experience with both new construction and repair work. 

• Excellent communication skills

• Must have basic computer skills

• Having a full crew is a plus.

• Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus
