Receptionist

The Receptionist position is a key position and a highly visible role. You are often times the first impression people have of Team Fishel!

Responsibilities:

• Routing incoming mail

• Filing

• Scanning

• Running Reports

• Ordering Office Supplies

• Sending packages

• Other office duties as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Is comfortable and enjoys working is a very steady support role.

• Desire to learn and ability to learn quickly.

• Multitasking is a must.

• Ability to prioritize and adjust in a frequently fast-paced environment with sudden changes.

• Great computer and typing skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, with an exceptional knowledge of Excel.

• Great Internet skills. At least an advanced, highly comfortable knowledge of internet search and research engines.

• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal / written)

• A passion for being organized with attention to detail and follow-up.

• A pleasant, people-oriented individual

• Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus
