Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire a full-time Office Support Teammate in Columbus, Ohio for our Low Voltage Technology Solutions Division (LVTS). 

The Office Support position is an excellent opportunity to be part of an administrative team that keeps Team Fishel as the leader in technology and structured cabling systems in Ohio!

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  6. Great verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Passion for being organized.
  8. Administrative experience is helpful, but not required as we will train the right candidate as needed.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
  1. General office clerical duties in support of the area office manager, including payroll functions.
  2. Data entry of payroll, equipment hours and mileage, scanning, indexing, and routing of documents.
  3. Purchase Orders & Accounts Payable – Full cycle A/P understanding is preferred. 
    1. This position is responsible for taking calls from all field employees requesting to purchase goods and services. 
    2. Issuance of Purchase Orders, verifying delivery or receipt of product/service, reconciling statements/invoices for payment authorization and accurate job costing, researching and setting up vendors locally and out of state for goods and services.
  4. Filing.
  5. Collecting and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel.
  6. Accounts Receivable management as needed.
  7. Researching and compiling data.
  8. Ensure accurate job costing.
  9. Other office duties as assigned.

Bilingual experience is a plus.
