Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation since 1936, is hiring a Division Manager for Electric Distribution projects in the Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina region. The Division Manager will oversee all overhead and underground projects ensuring work is done safely and to specified quality standards.
Duties:
• Manage overhead and underground electrical construction projects
• Responsible for the hiring, supervision, training and development of Teammates
• Responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, productivity, and reporting for all projects
• Assist regional leaders in the development of short and long-term plans
• Assist in the development of business opportunities in the region
• Grow and maintain customer relationships in the region
Requirements:
• 10+ years demonstrated experience in managing electrical distribution projects
• Experience managing and leading crews
• Experience with other dry utility work (Telecom, Fiber, or Gas) highly desirable
• Strong business development/ customer relations experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be available for travel
