Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring Small Cell Technicians at our Groveland, FL office. Responsibilities include antenna and line installation, troubleshooting and testing at small cell sites.
Job Requirements:
1. Installation of small cell hardware and equipment for both aerial and underground projects.
2. Installation and termination of coaxial cables.
3. Installation of required power and grounding.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, reporting, and design requirements.
5. Operation and understanding of RF test equipment such as PIM unit, sweep meter and light meter.
6. Ability to safely work in a team environment that requires regular communication with Teammates, vendors, and clients.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years experience with installing, troubleshooting, and testing small cell sites.
2. Valid driver license
3. Must be able to work outside and safely work in bucket trucks at heights of up to 50 feet
