Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business since 1936, is hiring Backhoe Operators at our Chandler, AZ office. A Backhoe Operator at Team Fishel safely operates backhoes to complete excavation and utility installation tasks. The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $32.00 an hour depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Must interpret stakes and signage for excavations.
2. Operate backhoe and bucket to complete the job in a safe and timely manner.
3. Operate company vehicles on a daily basis to deliver products, service tools, and equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years experience operating a backhoe
2. Ability to communicate with Teammates
3. Willingness to work and follow direction
4. Valid Class A CDL a plus
