Description

The Team Fishel Corporate Fleet Manager provides leadership in the area of fleet operations and is responsible for the fleet accounting system, best practices, on-site fueling equipment, and fleet data processing. The Fleet Manager is responsible for the training and development of 76 fleet professionals providing support to 35 Team Fishel offices across the country.

 


Responsibilities

  • Oversight of $310M in assets; accountable for the management and execution of a $75M operating budget 

  • Manages maintenance and repair policies of fleet assets across 12 states and 35 offices

  • Provides oversight of vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation of fleet assets to ensure compliance with state and DOT regulations

  • Provides management and oversight for the corporate fuel card program

  • Oversees installation, maintenance, and operation of the fleet GPS system

  • Oversees compliance of Electronic Drivers Daily Inspection and hardware support

  • Manage IFTA, IRP and HUT accounts and taxes


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional fleet management experience required

  • Experience in the construction industry preferred

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from field operation Teammates to corporate executives

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary along with the ability to work under minimal supervision

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools is necessary

  • Must possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
