Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring Crew Leader for their Hampton, VA operation. The purpose of a Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to manage job site situations, maintain a safe working environment, and be accountable for quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
Review plans and permits
Establish daily crew goals
Communicate with customer
Assign job duties
Monitor progress
Evaluate Teammates' performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation
Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
Three years related experience in electrical construction projects
Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
Backhoe, Trencher Operator experience is desired
