Team Fishel is hiring a Fleet Manager for our Virginia operations to be based in the Richmond, VA area.
The Fleet Manager’s responsibilities include:
*Oversight of maintenance of a local fleet consisting of more than 750 numbered assets
*Schedule and documentation of the completion of over 2,900 Preventative Maintenance orders annually
*Project and maintain an annual and new growth budget of more than $12 million dollars
*Manage a team consisting of shop foreman, fleet administrators, and mechanics spread across twelve locations
*Manage equipment fuel reports, warranty claim recovery, DOT regulations, safety standards, and DMV requirements
*Use computer maintenance programs, including Excel, Vista, Google, and Powerpoint.
The successful candidate will be experienced in Truck, Construction, and Powerline Equipment maintenance and repair and managing Teammates in multiple locations. Experience working with DOT regulations is required. Previous fleet management and preventative maintenance experience are also required. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate good communication, presentation, and computer skills.
This position will require some limited travel throughout the assigned area, candidates are required to have a valid driver's license.
