Description
Team Fishel has an exciting opportunity for a Right of Way Intern with our Professional Services Group (PSG) in Mobile, AL. This is a great way to apply your academic learning in a utility construction setting.
As a Right of Way intern, you will be researching the last deed of record and identifying any potential issues with those records. You will record easements, as well as performing courthouse research for records as assigned. You will also spend time with our Survey and Engineering teams to understand how our groups partner to perform work.
To be considered for the internship, should be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in an accredited college/university Real Estate, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration program. This role requires that you be physically able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions in a fast paced environment. You must be at least 19 years of age with a valid driver's license at the start of the internship, which is anticipated to be late May - early June 2022.
Candidates will be reviewed through early December 2021 and those of interest will be contacted in late December for interviews.
