Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Foremen for Telecommunication projects at our Deer Valley, AZ location. Team Fishel Foremen are responsible for providing leadership on the job site, maintaining a safe working environment, and are accountable for project quality and productivity. The wage range for this position is $28.00 to $36.00 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
1. Review plans and permits
2. Manage the crew and establish daily/weekly goals
3. Manage vehicles and construction equipment on the jobsite
4. Communicate with customers
5. Assign job duties and monitor progress
6. Maintain a safe jobsite
7. Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Valid Driver's License / Class A Commercial License is a plus
2. Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation
3. Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
4. Basic Knowledge of Aerial Placement is desired
5. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
6. 2-4 years experience in underground construction
7. Ability to communicate with Teammates and Customers
8. Backhoe, Trencher experience is a plus
9. Bilingual in English/ Spanish a plus
