Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction and network installation since 1936, is hiring Foremen with natural gas experience at our Casa Grande office. Team Fishel Foremen manage the job site, maintain a safe working environment for our Teammates, customers and public, and are accountable for quality, productivity and costs.
Responsibilities
1. Provides leadership for crews working on various size projects
2. Ensures accuracy of time sheets and expense reports
3. Maintains crew productivity during delays
4. Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards
5. Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews on the job site
6. Coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
7. Provides updates and project reports
8. May perform site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance
Requirements & Qualifications
1. OQ qualified a plus, or fulfill the requirement for Operator Qualification upon hiring
2. Must have previous experience working from blueprints, and specifications.
3. High school education or equivalent classes in industry-related courses.
4. Has a thorough working knowledge of natural gas distribution construction and installation.
