Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring a project Estimator at our Groveland, FL (Orlando area) office. Team Fishel Estimators evaluate project specifications and drawings to successfully bid and win utility construction contracts. Our Estimators also work closely with our Project Management teams to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and to required specifications.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately evaluate project requirements to develop and win utility construction bids
2. Maintain effective communications with customers, subcontractors, project teams, and vendors
3. Assist with client development
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. 3+ years related experience estimating utility work, with a focus on electric or underground conduit project bids
2. Experience with Bid2Win estimating software a plus
3. Current driver license with a good driving record
4. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
5. Ability to travel if necessary
