Project Manager (Telecom/Wireless)

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in utility construction since 1936, is hiring a Telecom/ WIreless Project Manager at our Plant City, FL (Tampa area) office.

Responsibilities

1. Organize materials, equipment, and labor
2. Provide all required job reports
3. Complete as-builts and redline prints
4. Manage change order and progress billing
5. Communicate job status with customers, be responsive to requests
6. Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews
7. Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project
8. May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance
9. Evaluate Teammate's performance and develop a plan for increasing growth and responsibility

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Previous utility construction leadership experience is required
2. Ability to travel as needed
3. Must have experience in telecom and wireless construction
4. Experience in contract management, change orders, and unit price schedules
5. Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-built prints
6. Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft office applications
7. Valid Driver License is required
8. Proficient with MS WORD and Excel
