Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business since 1936, is hiring Aerial (Overhead) Telecom Foreman for projects in the Prescott Valley, AZ area. The Aerial (O/H) Telecom Foreman will be responsible for safely and productively leading crews to meet project goals that meet our customer's specifications.

Responsibilities
1. Safely lead crews on various size projects
2. Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
3. Maintains crew productivity during unforeseen delays
4. Trains and coaches Teammates
5. Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures work meets customer specifications and industry standards
6. Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews during their work

Foreman Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Must have 5 + years of experience in the industry
2. Must have experience running a crew of 4 to 5
3. Valid CDL-A is strongly desired
4. Limited travel required
