Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Groundmen for electric projects in Southern Georgia. A Groundman at Team Fishel will handle projects of various complexities and perform critical site work.
Responsibilities:
1. Work as a part of a crew.
2. Assist as required in all manual labor as directed by the Crew leader, Foreman, or Supervisor.
3. Operate construction equipment (training available).
4. Handle physically demanding construction duties.
5. Assist lineman with electrical project tasks while learning and preparing for apprenticeship opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Valid Class A CDL Drivers a plus
2. Previous underground or overhead utility experience a plus.
3. Must be able to follow instructions.
4. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach.
5. Must be able to travel.
