Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation since 1936, is hiring an Inventory Analyst for our Phoenix, AZ office. The wage range for this position is $23.00 to $28.00 an hour depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Place and track material orders, including vendor resolution items.
2. Receive and record inventory transactions, on-site and at satellite locations.
3. Monitor open purchase orders and reconcile vendor invoices.
4. Monitor/report inventory levels, including monitoring for aging and replacement.
5. Prepare quarterly inventory count sheets, enter data and assist in research.
6. Maintain performance metrics and reporting tools.
7. Research, resolve and track the root cause of variances.
8. Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements as required.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
2. Ability to extract and analyze data.
3. Possesses attention to detail.
4. Strong verbal and written communication.
6. Solid time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
