Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring Concrete Foremen at our Phoenix office. The Foreman is responsible to effectively and safely lead crews finishing or restoring concrete to directed costomer specifications.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure concrete is properly constructed to specifications
2. Manage safety procedures on the job site
3. Establish daily crew goals and assign duties
4. Communicate with costomers
5. Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Must have 3+ years experience restoring and finishing concrete
2. Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers verbally and in writing
3. Valid driver's license required
