is hiring Overhead /Aerial Crew Leaders
in Rochester, PA.
The Aerial Telecom Crew
Leader will be
responsible for assisting the project Supervisor by managing the daily job site
situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being
accountable for quality and productivity for our customers in the Broadband
Communications industry. Starting pay range for this position is $25 - $30/hour
and will be commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.

- Monitor

- Evaluate Teammate performance and provide
coaching
Requirements
& Qualifications
- Valid Class A
Commercial Driver's License strongly preferred
- Lineman
training a plus
- Certification
in First Aid/CPR is desired
- Basic Aerial
Placement is desired
- 18 years old with High School
diploma or GED equivalent
- Three years
related experience in construction
- Ability to communicate with Teammates and
customers
