Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction and engineering since 1936, is hiring a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager at our Phoenix, AZ office. Team Fishel has a long history of specializing in heavy civil projects for the local Municipalities in Arizona. Responsibilities:1. Conduct planning for heavy civil construction projects2. Provide all required job reports to help coordinate project planning and execution3. Complete as-builts and redline prints4. Manage change order and progress billing5. Communicate job status with customers and the project team, be responsive to requests6. Coordinate and supervise all aspects of project planning and execution7. May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance Skills and Experience:1. 5+ years of heavy civil construction project management/ supervision experience is required2. Ability to travel as required3. Experience in contract management, change orders, and unit price schedules4. Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and create as-builds prints7. Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications8. Valid Drivers License required
