Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation since 1936, is hiring a Copper Splicing Supervisor at our Phoenix metro office. The starting wage range for this salary position is $70,000 to $80,000 a year.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely lead and manage 5-10 splicing crews
2. Ensure project work meets customer deadlines and expectations
3. Provide coaching and training and development opportunities for assigned Teammates
4. Ensure accuracy of time cards and billing
Requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge and field experience leading copper splicing crews
2. Ability to clearly communicate with management, project teams, and customers
3. Ability to effectively schedule and manage crews and materials
4. Ability to read and update prints and project documentation
5. Valid drivers license is required
