We're hiring a Civil Construction Grade Checker that would be responsible for the measurement and setting of the base station/ rover for our TSC7 GPS system at our Phoenix metro office. 

Responsibilities:

1. Use GPS survey equipment/ laser to set and check grade stakes and hubs

2. Observe excavating activities to verify conformance to stake references

3. Notify equipment operators or supervisors of deviations

Requirements:

1. Ability to read and understand project plans, prints, grading stakes, and marks

2. 5+ years of experience staking construction projects to meet customer specifications preferred

3. Have a working knowledge of surveying equipment, GPS, and use of laser leveling equipment

4. Must possess a valid drivers license 

5. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
