Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Aerial Telecom Lineworkers at our Santa Ana, CA office. The starting wage range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 an hour depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and safely conducting overhead telecom projects
2. Meeting OSHA and customer safety requirements
3. Setting poles
4. Maintaining and repairing overhead fiber optic facilities
5. Installing new strands and lashing fiber
6. Installing and maintaining down guys, overhead guys, etc.
7. Building risers, installing snow shoes/slack coils
8. Tree trimming
Lineworker Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Must have 2+ years of experience in the overhead telecom industry
2. Basic tools required could be climbing tools (belt and gaffs), basic hand tools, etc.
3. Valid CDL-A is a plus
