Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring an Office Support Assistant at our Groveland, FL (Orlando area) office.

Responsibilities:

1. Issue purchase orders for local purchases

2. Maintain project files

3. Compile billing invoices

4. Prepare and submit billing invoices

5. Track aged receivables

6. Provide administrative support to the division such as filing, generating reports, retrieving data, maintaining charts, etc

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

1.  1-2 years of office administrative experience, experience in the construction industry a plus

2. Must be detail-oriented and have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

3. Possesses strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

4. Must be versatile and able to work both independently and as part of a team
