Office Support

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Engineering and Construction, is hiring an Office Support professional for our growing Professional Services Group in Phoenix, AZ.

The purpose of the Office Support role at Team Fishel is to provide excellent and reliable support to the Office Manger and field operations teams.  We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in their work. You must be able to problem solve and improvise when necessary. 

This position requires someone who works well with multiple deadline driven responsibilities, ability to multitask, and communicates effectively on workload and changing priorities. Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, as well as strong skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, are a must.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

• Updating Excel trackers with dates

• Filing

• Collecting and analyzing data using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

• Researching and compiling data

• Navigating websites

• Accounts Payable/Receivable as needed

• Other office duties as assigned

Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is desirable.

Starting pay rate $18 - $22 / hour depending upon experience.
