Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring Foremen for ongoing new electric and telecom construction project work in the Chuckatuck, VA area. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage job site situations, maintain a safe working environment, and be accountable for quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
Review plans and permits
Establish daily crew goals
Communicate with customer
Assign job duties
Building multiple conduit duct banks
Monitor progress
Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
Competent Person Training in trenching and excavation
Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
Three years related experience, including new electric and telecom construction projects
Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
Backhoe, Excavator, Trencher Operator epxerience is desired
Pay rate $25 - 30 / hour dependent upon experience.
