Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring an Office Administrator for our Fleet Department at our Phoenix, AZ office.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist technicians with processing work orders
2. Vehicle Registrations
3. Communicate with customers and field supervisors
4. Shipping and Receiving
5. Issue purchase orders
6. Record and receive purchase orders

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Ideal candidate will have experience in fleet operations
2. Must be detail-oriented and exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and Word
3. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
