Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring a Project Coordinator for Fiber Optic Cabling and Splicing projects from our Manassas, VA operation. The Project Coordinator serves as a central coordinator for project communication, organization, and administrative support across Team Fishel's Fiber Optic Cabling and Splicing project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Reporting

Provide full support and daily assistance to our Project Managers with project tracking
Review and track material usage for each project
Request material pickup and add new material to the material tracking platforms
Attend daily coordination meetings to generate action items and assign them to the appropriate manager
Serve as a liaison with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project deliverables
Conduct follow-up correspondence to collect updates and confirm data
Coordinate access requests, project documentation, and resource needs
Maintain organized to-do lists, meeting notes, and follow-up schedules for all active projects

Qualifications

Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and all video conferencing platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up and problem-solving
Demonstrate ability and experience specifically providing project coordination for key customer account(s).

Preferred Experience

Background in administration support for construction project operations, or construction supervision
