Office Lead / Administrative Assistant

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the Utility Construction business, is hiring an Office Lead / Administrative Assistant for our Manassas, VA office with possible relocation to our Chantilly, VA location at a later date.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, accounting, be detail oriented, and familiar with construction.  

This position requires someone who works well independently and with multiple deadline driven responsibilities, ability to multitask and communicate effectively on workload and changing priorities. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable understanding is preferred

• Collecting and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / Smart Sheets

• Internal and external invoicing in customer portal

• Researching and compiling data

• Other office duties as assigned

Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
