Office Manager

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring an Office Manager for our Manassas, VA operation. The role of Office Manager at Team Fishel is to supervise all office support staff with estimating, accounting, and administrative functions. You will work directly with the Area Manager to provide support and assist in the running of a profitable, safe area office; as well as facilitate excellent communication with customers and Teammates.

This position requires someone who works well independently and with multiple deadline driven responsibilities, ability to multitask and communicate effectively on workload and changing priorities. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Advanced degree in Accounting or Business Management highly desired

• 5 years in progressive office work experience

• 3-5 years related experience in management or construction industry

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Smart Sheets highly preferred

• Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers

• Notary Public

• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
