Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction and network installation business, is looking to hire Crew Leaders (Overhead /Aerial) for our Telecom division operations throughout the United States. The purpose of a Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to assist the project Foreman by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity for our customers in the Broadband Communications industry.
Responsibilities:
· Review plans and permits
· Establish daily crew goals
· Communicate with customer
· Assign job duties
· Monitor progress
· Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
· Lineman training a plus
· Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
· Basic Aerial Placement is desired
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
· Three years related experience in construction
· Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
Bilingual English/Spanish experience is a plus
Prior construction experience a plus.
Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.
